Al llegar a la terminal de ferry de Cozumel desde Playa del Carmen, salga y camine hacia el lado derecho. A 50 metros verá la estatua de dos águilas y una con un asta de bandera, ahí estaremos esperándolos para recibirlos y hacerles sus check-in. Al igual estaremos pendientes en whatsapp y linea directa.

Cancellation policy

To obtain a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the experience.

1.-Bookings made through our website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you made your booking through third-party platforms, such as TripAdvisor or Viator, could be applied to different conditions.

2.-When you book with us on line, it is necessary to pay the total amount of your reservation in advance using a debit or credit card. Please note that your card provider may apply a currency conversion charges, which we cannot control.

3.-Most of our bookings can be cancelled or changed without charge, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance prior to departure. The most effective way of doing so is through the email confirmation of your booking. For special requests for reservations of private parties, it may be necessary to give more than 24 hours in advance, and you will be informed if this is the case.

4.-If you do not cancel your reservation within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to consider it as a no-show. In such a situation, we will be able to retain a portion or the whole of the amount paid.

5.-All of the above hours correspond to the local time zone of Cozumel, which may be different from the time zone of your cruise. We recommend that you check before booking, as we will not be liable for hours of output losses, which will be treated as not filed.

6.-Given that we offer outdoor services, our activities may be affected by the weather conditions. Sometimes, bad weather may require changes in our itinerary or cancellation of the trip with little notice. We understand that this can be frustrating. If you cancel your trip due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer you the option of reprogramarla or to refund the total amount paid through the payment method used (within the limits of our liability in these situations).

7.-Our tours are suitable for families and we ask that all participants treat our staff, boats, equipment and other passengers with respect at all times.
